Kustom US, Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our corporate office team in Longwood, FL and support our daily operations.

Greeting Visitors:

Welcome visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or meeting room.

Managing Office Supplies:

Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.

Admin Duties:

Provide administrative support to various departments including C-Suite executives, for scheduling, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.

Meeting Preparation:

Assist with the setup and coordination of meetings, including preparing materials and arranging logistics.

Data Entry:

Input and update data in company databases and systems.

Calendar Management:

Assist with scheduling and managing calendars for executives and team members.

General Office Maintenance:

Ensure the office environment is tidy and presentable.

Answering Phones:

Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Sorting Mail:

Organize and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

Vendor Coordination:

Manage and coordinate with vendors for deliveries, building maintenance

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. Can work independently Assertive, takes initiative Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
