Duties Manage and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and courtesy. Assist with filing and maintaining office documents, both physical and electronic. Provide support as a personal assistant to executives or team members when required. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient office operations. Serve as a dental or medical receptionist when necessary, greeting patients and managing their information. Requirements Proven experience in an office environment or similar administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
