Shift:
Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 Responsible for but not limited to: Tracking daily activities for the program managers and daily reporting to the corporate office. Meetings, trainings, and outreach events QA/QC process for written reports New hire onboarding Payroll data for 150-250 Employees Monthly Staff Scheduling and covering open shifts Management of compliance for staff and maintaining up to date client records Produce various administrative reports for the corporate office Dashboard analytics and Data Entry Required qualifications include : Five (5) years of experience in a position with similar requirements Valid driver’s license. Good interpersonal and telephone skills Ability to clearly communicate information regarding operations and incident reports. High level of skill in the use of all Windows based applications Knowledge and experience in Payroll reporting Knowledge in employee scheduling Ability to produce meeting minutes and file all materials Demonstrable proficiency with all office related equipment Supplies administrative support services to prepare documents using Microsoft applications
