This job requires someone who can successfully juggle multiple things at once while making our patients feel like they superstars! You must have a great personality and be passionate about quality patient care.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Scheduling Patients Answering Multiple Phone Lines Enter Patient Demographics Managing schedules Communicating protocols with patients Posting patients’ treatments to the ledger Taking payments Presenting patient treatment plans Going over insurance benefits Many other administrative duties Travel is required to our o ther locations for training and for coverage when needed (we try to limit traveling after your training)
Requirements:
You must have reliable transportation.
You must be available:
Monday
- Thursday 7:30am
- 5:45pm & Friday 7:30am
- 3:45pm 1 year or more oral surgery or dental experience Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred but not required If you are ready and capable of taking on a lot responsibility and love helping people
- this is the position for you! (Availability Monday-Thursday 7:30am-6:00pm and Friday 7:30am-4:00pm; your hours are pending the patient schedule)
