SUMMARY The Program Administrator will support the New Generation Systems (NGS) Business Excellence team in executing strategic process and quality improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for managing internal systems and tools, coordinating communications and reporting, and ensuring alignment across key initiatives. The Program Administrator will help foster a culture of continuous improvement and support NGS growth through People, Process, and Execution with Excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and manage document repositories with version control and compliance standards Update and maintain NGS SharePoint and Wiki pages with current and accessible content Collaborate with the Quality Director to track and report Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activity Compile and summarize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support business decisions Draft and distribute internal communications in collaboration with internal comms Coordinate improvement opportunity intake, tracking, and reporting Facilitate status meetings and ensure follow-up on action items Provide ad-hoc administrative support for special projects and cross-functional initiatives

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EDUCATION

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Integrated Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar program administration, project coordination, or operations support role

Required Skills:

Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical and conceptual thinker with problem-solving ability Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Power BI Relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience:

Continuous improvement or Root Cause Analysis Internal communications and KPI reporting

Regularly required to sit and talk or hear. Frequently required to stand and walk. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The work environment is typically quiet. Must be able to conduct business in a professional manner and maintain respectful communication at all times. Travel up to 10% may be required.
