Wiginton Fire Systems is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team. Job Responsibilities Efficiently coordinate schedules, appointments, and events for team members and clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for all scheduling-related inquiries, both internally and externally. Maintain accurate scheduling data in electronic systems or databases. Foster long-term Service and Inspection customers to sustain sales volume and profitability professionally. Create, organize, and maintain inspection files and schedules. Inform technicians of any collection or customer service issues. Coordinate the needs of technicians and administrative staff to ensure timely and efficient execution of all committed orders. Schedule new orders/accounts and oversee accurate back-office close-out procedures. Conduct quality checks on inspection reports and ensure necessary follow-ups with quotations. Forecast manpower requirements and provide weekly manpower activity reports to the Service and Operations Manager. Perform inspection billing processes and handle financial-related tasks as assigned. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and data entry. Exceptional organizational, planning, communication, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Able to work in a team environment and independently. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and innovative mindset. Ability to perform mentally demanding tasks for extended periods. Experience with ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred). Clean criminal background and motor vehicle record (MVR). Ability to pass a drug screening.
Preferred:
Administrative experience in Fire Protection, Fire Sprinkler trade, or familiarity with NFPA Standards. Why Join Wiginton Fire Systems?
