Job Summary:

St. Augustine Shores Service Corporation is currently seeking a First Impressions Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and callers.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Manage office tasks such as filing and data entry
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination
  • Analyze HOA and Membership accounts
  • Process and sort daily mail
  • Assist Bookkeeper with monthly collection letters and processes
  • Host building tours and provide membership information to prospective guests/renters
  • Complete and process venue rental applications
  • Assist the Assistant Manager with weekly ACC (Architectural Control Committee)
Applications Skills:
  • High School Diploma Required; Prefer College Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Hospitality & Tourism.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with the public
  • Must have advanced computer knowledge using Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, and Word; Social media platforms including Facebook and Nextdoor.
  • Must have a friendly demeanor and offer a warm telephone/in person greeting.
  • Experience in the following industries is helpful to this position: customer service, office management, hospitality, service, tourism, HOA office, or real estate office.
  • Proficiency in multi-line phone systems
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Hours :

Monday

  • Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay :
