Job Summary:
St. Augustine Shores Service Corporation is currently seeking a First Impressions Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and callers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage office tasks such as filing and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination
- Analyze HOA and Membership accounts
- Process and sort daily mail
- Assist Bookkeeper with monthly collection letters and processes
- Host building tours and provide membership information to prospective guests/renters
- Complete and process venue rental applications
- Assist the Assistant Manager with weekly ACC (Architectural Control Committee)
Applications Skills:
- High School Diploma Required; Prefer College Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Hospitality & Tourism.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with the public
- Must have advanced computer knowledge using Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, and Word; Social media platforms including Facebook and Nextdoor.
- Must have a friendly demeanor and offer a warm telephone/in person greeting.
- Experience in the following industries is helpful to this position: customer service, office management, hospitality, service, tourism, HOA office, or real estate office.
- Proficiency in multi-line phone systems
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
