Description:

Join a dynamic team as a part-time personal assistant in Ponte Vedra, with occasional work in St. Augustine and Jacksonville. This role is perfect for an organized, creative, and compassionate individual who excels in both professional and caregiving tasks. You’ll support a private client with administrative and personal needs in a supportive, flexible environment.

Task:

• Manage schedules, take notes, and run errands
• Assist with personal care tasks in a private residence (e.g., mobility support, light caregiving)
• Create and edit documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.)
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) with an eye for trends
• Perform light driving for errands (valid driver’s license required; car not provided)
• Support creative projects, such as marketing materials or event planning
• Handle light office tasks, like organizing files or supplies

Qualifications:

• 18+ years old with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
• Experienced with social media platforms and current trends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation skills
• Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented with excellent communication
• Comfortable with privacy-sensitive tasks and working in a private home
