Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including data entry, file maintenance, correspondence handling, customer support.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments.

Communication:
- Act as a point of contact between clients, field agents, internal team members, and customers.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.

Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records, including client information, repossession files, and office inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for management.

Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics for repossession operations, including the scheduling of field agents and vehicle transport.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow within the office.

Office Management:
- Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
- Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.
What you NEED to have:
- Experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is a plus.
- Proficient in office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Keen attention to detail, independent decision-making, multi-tasking, proactive self-starter with high initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
