Vacation, some paid Holidays, and Benefits available. Summary As an Administrative Assistant, you will be essential in supporting the organization’s daily operations and customer service. You will coordinate with customers and with our sales and operations staff to insure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry and filing. Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in-person interactions. Maintain organized office systems and assist with calendar management. Support front desk operations and handle multi-line phone systems.
