Qualified Individuals should:
Experience with crew scheduling and permits is a plus Have the ability and willingness to work in a solo or team environment Have front desk operation and receptionist experience Have a
POSITIVE
ATTITUDE, and a “We before me” mentality Be able to follow directions/instructions Be able to handle a high call volume Have experience in scheduling Accurate keyboard skills and experience with various office equipment/machines, with strong knowledge of NetSuite, Microsoft Word, EXCEL and Outlook Be able to use critical thinking to solve problems Have excellent phone skills while speaking with a great diversity of customers Be able to follow directions and instructions Must have a presentable appearance Excellent people skills Be willing to be fully cross-trained for other positions as needed
