Role:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly. You’ll support our team with clerical work, phone calls, scheduling, filing, and light administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, dependable, and enjoys a mix of responsibilities in a small business setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls as needed Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents Schedule appointments, follow up with vendors or clients Prepare estimates, invoices, or basic reports (we’ll train you if needed) Help keep the office tidy and running efficiently Support the office manager or business owner with administrative tasks

Requirements:

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email) Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Able to handle multiple tasks and follow directions Positive and professional attitude Preferred but

Not Required:

Bilingual (English & Spanish) Prior experience in an office or customer service setting Familiarity with construction or service-based businesses
