As a Service Coordinator, you will assist in the scheduling of repairs, and other commercial and residential roofing needs.
Responsibilities:
Process all incoming commercial and residential service/repair requests Create daily service tech schedule Process payments, create invoicing, and manage database of repairs and services Communicate professionally with customers through email and phone Assist Operations Manager and Service Sales Representative with administrative tasks
Skills You Need:
Ability to proactively collaborate with other teams across the business Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, CRM database (JobNimbus) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Highly detail oriented with ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously Strong critical thinking skills Proven track record of working in either Commercial or Residential Roofing specifically in an administrative or supportive role.
