Administrative Assistant Settle-Wilder Funeral Home 406 South Orange Street, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168 Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities An Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring that an office is organized and that daily tasks are completed efficiently. They have a wide range of duties to complete, and they must be willing to take on extra administrative tasks as and when required by their Team Members.
Core Responsibilities:

Communication:
Answering phones, taking and relaying messages, managing emails, and handling correspondence. •
Scheduling and Organization:
Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining databases. •
Office Support:
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, preparing reports and documents, and maintaining filing systems. •
Record Keeping:
Maintaining records, and organizing information. •
Data Entry:
Entering and managing data in various systems. •
Other Administrative Tasks:
Ordering supplies, assisting with special projects, and providing general office support.
