Then this job is for you! High energy, enthusiastic person wanted for Part-Time (between 19-25 hrs/week) Front Desk Health & Wellness at a rapidly expanding Wellness office. This position requires flexibility of hours, including evenings and weekends ( weekends are rare 5 to 10 times a year). Computer skills are a necessity. Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, focused, honest, reliable and comfortable speaking in front of others. Job Responsibilities:

Creating marketing material Distributing material to our vendors Generating new sales opportunities Administrative support of all marketing initiatives Seek new business that would benefit from our service Monitor company’s brand in social media channels Check patients in/out at front desk Schedule Patients Collect and handle money Assist with patients

Position Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills Highly organized for effectively handling multiple tasks Social media, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn Upbeat attitude and easily approachable Self starter with ability to work independently without supervision Email marketing program knowledge a plus Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign a plus

Education Level:

College student or graduate in related areas of study

Hours:

(flexibility within the hours of 730 – 10 am and 330 – 630pm, Mon-Thursday) Tuesday 330-630pm Must be willing to travel locally Drivers license and reliable transportation a must
