Position Summary As a Front Office Assistant at Shade and Light, you will manage reception duties, handle client inquiries, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations in our innovative and customer-focused environment. Essential Functions •

Reception Management:

Greet clients and visitors, manage phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments. •

Appointment Scheduling:

Coordinate and schedule client meetings, consultations, and internal appointments using appropriate systems. •

Administrative Support:

Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining office records, ensuring accuracy and organization. •

Client Communication:

Provide first-level support to clients by answering general questions about services, pricing, and appointments. •

Office Coordination:

Ensure office supplies are maintained, coordinate deliveries, and liaise with vendors as needed. •

Document Preparation:

Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports for team meetings or client interactions. •

Customer Service:

Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and clients, ensuring excellent customer service. •

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the administrative and sales teams to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks. Education/Training High School graduate or equivalent. Six (6) months experience in a clerical office, or general business, and/or customer service setting
