education: High School Responsibilities Provide daily administrative and operational support Assist with preparation and coordination of documents and transactions Maintain organized and accurate records using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) Schedule appointments Communicate with clients, title companies, inspectors, and other vendors as needed Create marketing materials and manage social media postings as needed Ensure smooth onboarding for new agents and assist with training coordination Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence in a professional manner Support overall office operations and team collaboration Maintain confidentiality and uphold a high standard of customer service Skills
