What You’ll Do:
Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments while ensuring optimal time management Handle phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and stakeholders Perform accurate data entry, maintaining up-to-date records and files Transcribe meeting notes and documents, ensuring clarity and precision Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Organize and plan events, coordinating logistics for successful execution Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, collaboration, and communication Proofread documents for accuracy, grammar, and formatting before distribution
Who We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an Administrative /Office Assistant or in other administrative roles Proficiency in using phone systems and handling calls professionally Strong skills in data entry with a focus on accuracy and detail Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and professional interaction style Experience in accurately transcribing notes or documents Proficient in calendar management for executives Strong organizational skills, able to file documents systematically Experience in event planning with attention to detail Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) essential Exceptional proofreading skills ensuring high-quality written communication •
