Studio Assistant The Plastic Flamingo Daytona Beach, FL 32114 Answer internal phone calls in a timely, professional manner. Run a cash drawer and check out customers. File paperwork accordingly. Assist clients with booking appointments as well as communicating with service providers about their potential bookings. Must be educated of State health regulations and be able to uphold those in the work environment. Maintain cleanliness of the studio.

This includes:

sweeping, mopping, restocking, dusting, bathrooms, tidying up, etc. Respond to messages on social media platforms/ emails and maintain communication with our clients. Be knowledgeable on ALL services we provide, as well as individual artists preferences and styles. Assist service providers with taking good quality photos/videos of their work and posting on social media platforms. Requirements Well educated on tattooing and tattoo styles Must be flexible with weekends and events required Good teamplayer Self sufficient & goal oriented Positive, bubbly attitude Social media marketing experience Customer service/ front desk experience Willingness to learn and be able to ask for help Efficient and productive, focused on the task at hand Organized with excellent time management skills Handle a high-paced, busy environment
