• Part-time Clerical Services Worker The Ocmulgee Judicial Circuit is seeking to hire a Part-time Clerical Services Worker (Administrative Assistant) in Baldwin County.

 As the Administrative Assistant, the applicant will perform clerical work including preparing and filing motions, copying and printing documents, making database entries, and preparing and processing inmate applications for counsel. The Circuit is looking for a responsible local person who can travel to the courthouse and jail. Description of Duties:

 Performs a variety of general secretarial, clerical, and administrative support functions/processes or a few specialized or essential clerical functions in support of a unit or office and related personnel. May enter data and/or process documents and records. The work includes operating standard office equipment. Work is performed under the close supervision of a clerical or administrative supervisor. Performs other related duties as assigned.
