BrightFarms’ fresh lettuce options, from classic greens to crunchy mixes and salad kits, are available in more than 4,500 retail stores across the East Coast and Midwest. The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support Managers and employees as well as the Cox Farms Discovery Center. This role also serves as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience of both the Discovery Center and the Greenhouse. In addition, this role involves managing front desk operations and assisting guests. Specifically, you will: Greet visitors, ensure proper check-in, and inform the appropriate point of contact upon arrival Handle emails, visitor bookings and inquiries for both the Discovery Center and Greenhouse Assist with scheduling tours, coordinating services to include catering needs and supporting Discovery Center and Greenhouse events Maintain a tidy and organized receptionist area Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the General Manager as well as perform data analysis as needed Serve as a liaison between the Cox Farms team and BrightFarms as it relates to tours and visitors Control inventory and order all consumable supplies Maintain an accurate record of expenses and spending to support budget management Manage miscellaneous orders requested by Supervisors and Managers Assist with Alchemy Training for new hires needing refresher courses Maintain the training tracker and records, including documentation from New Hire Orientation (NHO) and on-the-floor training Issue lockers, badges, boots, gloves, and thermal balaclavas to new hires Organize training sessions, employee celebration events, and community engagement initiatives. Support hiring events and maintain the Discovery Center and Greenhouse Calendar Manage relationships with the landscaping company, vending services, and Unifirst Coordinate packages and shipments with FedEx and Amazon Process invoices for Accounts Payable and request new items to be added to Order.com Create and distribute signs and badges as required Manage internal and external correspondence related to Discovery and Greenhouse operations

The Ideal Candidate:
