Responsibilities Administrative Support Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients and scheduling appointments. Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with preparing and organizing documents, reports, and correspondence. Support staff with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning. Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff. Additional Opportunities Work closely with staff at health fairs and other outreach events hosted by the organization. Assist with social media campaign efforts and help maintain the organization¿s online profiles. Required Skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
