Strong and effective oral and written communication skills to include exceptional public relations and telephone etiquette. Broad general knowledge of office procedures, office equipment, and administrative functions with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Microsoft Outlook, Google Docs). Accurate typist with a minimum of 60 WPM. Ability to manage several large projects at one time. Ability to maintain confidentiality and trust.
