Job Description

Administrative Assistant 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Savannah, GA 31419 Administrative Assistant – Part-Time (20-30 Hours/Week) We are seeking an adaptable, highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well both with a team and independently, and is eager to grow professionally. With flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, this position offers 20-30 hours per week and the opportunity to be part of a tenured team supporting an exec and their family.

What You’ll Do:

Provide general administrative support, highly focused on documentation, capturing and organizing tasks. Assist with record-keeping, invoicing, and expense tracking (QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required). Manage files, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail. Serve as a point of contact for clients, tenants, and vendors, assisting with inquiries and communication. Handle various office and personal responsibilities, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills—professionalism is key! Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer skills. Ability to adapt and take initiative, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Experience in project coordination is a plus but not required.
