Contract Requirements GED/HS diploma Responsibilities Monitors the security gate and assists employees, visitors and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. Complies with all security requirements regarding access to the facility. Performs reception duties including, but not limited to Route phone calls and visitors, Coordinates visitor logging and badge issuing for Admin. Building, Ensures proper procedure for visitors and contractors is followed to ensure that all visitors are properly escorted. Completes and maintains raw material receivers daily Accepts paperwork for deliveries Enters receivers into SAP Distributes copies of paperwork and COAs to various departments Maintains office and break room supplies for the plant and plant administration buildings. Maintains / organizes conference room to have “meeting ready”. Coordinates some mailing activity, including packages and overnight needs. Distributes inter-office mail as required and maintains the mailboxes in the plant and administration building. Ensures ample supplies of materials for shipping are ordered and maintained. Performs scanning and filing of shipping & receiving documents. Maintains admin building copier machine (paper/toner/service calls) Performs other administrative duties in support of Site Manager and Operations Management. Performs other business administrative duties as assigned by manager.
