Position Summary:
The Penske Maintenance Coordinator position isfocused on managing inventory and administrative processes of thebranch (branches) that support maintenance operational efficiency,effectiveness, customer satisfaction and profitability.

Major Responsibilities:
Inventory Productivity:
- Full oversight of inventory productivityat the branch(es) for timely service support while mitigating riskof inventory loss.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels throughordering parts according to sourcing procedure ensuring suppliersdeliver purchases defect-free and on-time through partnering withCentralized Parts Ordering on a daily basis.
- Receive and storeparts in an organized and easily accessible manner. Ensure thatupdates to PartsNet occur timely, complete frequent inventory cyclecounts and ensure parts are available when needed.
- Manage the new& used battery inventory and ensure that tires are on hand in theright quantity and specifications in an organized manner.
- Ensurewarranty items are shipped and are received on time, as well asfollow-up on returns and warranty-grams in partnership with thewarranty department.
- Partner with Customer Service Coordinator toensure repairs are being scheduled as parts are available
- Vendorsupport and accountability & ensuring payments are being processedcorrectly
Process Analytics:
- Perform process analyses and reviewsin areas such as Inventory, maintenance profitability, warrantycampaigns, cycle counts, RO reviews and other areas. Investigateand recommend solutions and/or guidance to issues posing a risk tothe drivers of profitability.
- Use systems such as ServiceNet orAS400 to understand the operational dynamics for problem solvingand process improvement.
Other Responsibilities:
- Support thebranch financial manager by providing guidance and information thatcontributes to branch performance and profitability.

Branch Financial Manager and District FinancialManager Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalentrequired, degree preferred
- Interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills with an ability to collaborate with branch teammembers.
- Competent written and verbal communication skills
- 2years+ experience in customer service and operationsexperience required
- 2 years working in service and partsdepartment preferred
- Agile and quick learner, enjoyscollaborative projects and continuous education
- Advanced computerskills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointrequired
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essentialfunction of the job
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work therequired schedule, work at the specific location required, completePenske employment application, submit to a background investigation(to include past employment, education, and criminal history) anddrug screening are required.
