The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by managing various administrative and operational tasks, supporting team members, and facilitating communication between departments. This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must also work on recruiting personnel for the warehouse, across the different positions operating there. They should be capable of recruiting and selecting high-profile candidates to meet our client’s staffing orders and maintain an excellent service relationship with Managers. Being bilingual is essential in order to communicate effectively with everyone. Responsabilities Manage daily clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Operate phone systems to handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide information to clients and staff. Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and managing appointments. Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and schedules for team members. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and communication with team members. Support various office functions to enhance productivity and efficiency. Skills Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data management. Experience with phone systems to manage communications effectively. Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation. Bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients. Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment. Front desk experience is preferred for managing visitor interactions smoothly. Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly. Typing proficiency is required for efficient documentation and correspondence.
