We have a total of 5 schools to serve military connected students in PK through grade 8. DoDEA Americas Southeast District operates 24 schools in 4 states across 2 time zones. There are nearly 900,000 military connected children of all ages worldwide, of which nearly 10,000 are enrolled in DoDEA Americas Southeast District schools and served by thousands of teachers and educational aides. Duties Administer student and/or staff reports for school administration through an automated system. Serve as official records manager for the school. Manage facility programs to ensure compliance to regulatory guidance. Present specific briefings to management officials and/or staff to support understanding. Consult with senior expert authorities on issues to implement recommendations. Maintain forms, process and/or other appropriate documentation. Coordinate budget execution for presentation. Draft interpretation of budgetary guidance for staff.

A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
