Job Description

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Utilities/Infrastructure industry, located in Austell, Georgia. This role is pivotal in supporting our team by handling a variety of essential tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and distribute physical mail as well as email correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure team members have the materials they need.
  • Coordinate and send emails, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and timeliness.
  • Handle travel arrangements including scheduling flights, accommodations, and transportation logistics in line with budgets and company policies.
  • Organize and set up meetings, ensuring participant availability, necessary materials, and maintaining an organized calendar.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word for various administrative tasks.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively. Requirements
  • Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls effectively.
  • Demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
  • Skilled in accurate and efficient data entry.
  • Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
  • Experience in scheduling appointments efficiently and accurately.
  • Familiarity with the Utilities/Infrastructure industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
