AUSTELL, GA

. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing schedules, and assisting with customer inquiries. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

SHIFT:
MON-FRI – 8AM-4

30PM, $18.50/HR Responsibilities 1st contact to answer update requests for loading/unloading/operation requested within Hormel account. Send any emails to communicate warehouse needs/clarification/correct any issues within operations. Throughout the shift carriers will reach out for scheduling inquiry, status update, tasker is expected to answer, as well as follow up with any past appointments for rescheduling. Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity. Verify all paperwork (IB&OB) filled and filed correctly organized by Inbound/Outbound, date of completion. Experience Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this position. Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills are necessary for interacting with clients and colleagues. Computer literacy – Any WMS systems ,
