Office Coordinator Meridian Restoration Inc Marietta, GA 30066 Office Coordinator As an Office Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the financial transactions related to collecting payments from our company’s customers. Your responsibilities will include managing invoices, handling missed payments, and working with the Reconstruction department to streamline and accelerate the payment process.
Responsibilities:
Setting Objectives:
Define objectives for the reconstruction department that align with the accounting department’s goals.
Invoice Processing:
Monitor the processing of invoices to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Timely Collection:
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Record Keeping:
Organize records of invoices, bills, and deposits.
Team Support:
Works closely with the reconstruction department to assure correct and timely payments are made to jobs.
Phone Support:
Help answer phones and take calls from homeowners and adjusters calling in regarding new or current jobs.
Job Support:
Assist with all aspects of customer jobs, creating job numbers, inputting all details of the job, and uploading documents.

The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. W ork Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Required Education and Experience High School diploma or GED equivalent Microsoft Office Preferred Experience QuickBooks experience a plus Experience with all Microsoft Office Applications Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
