WHAT WILL YOU DO

This position will provide clerical support to the HCM and Records Unit.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

File, scan, create and archive personnel files. Assist with checking out files. Assist with request for production of documents, subpoenas, open request, personnel file review. Assist with keeping file room clean and organized. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs on a consistent basis. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED; one year of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.

Preferred Requirements:

Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
