General Description:
The Summer Lunch Coordinator will assist the Seasonal Programs team in the planning and execution of a program that feeds school aged children across several counties. Coordinators will be assigned several locations (Host Sites) to assist with program operations.
Essential Responsibilities:
Assist with Host Site inventory planning ,volunteer scheduling and meal distributions Communicate volunteer needs to the Volunteer Services team Organize and schedule product delivery and donations and complete any necessary documentation Report weekly location statistics Assist with putting together meal kits to be distributed to children Participate in weekly meetings for updates Other duties as assigned
Essential Requirements:
At least two years experience supervising volunteers or a team Excellent customer service and organization skills Experience with coordinating and training volunteers Reliable transportation Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for MUST’s mission Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Salesforce a plus
Physical and Work Requirements:
Requires standing, walking, lifting, and bending. Will be travelling between several locations May be required to lift up 25 lbs.
