The Traveling Support Assistant is a newly created position for someone who lives near a major airport (preferably the Atlanta Area) but is willing to travel to other locations to assist with our growth and development. This position is multi-functional in that this person will be responsible for working with all operating groups within Compeer. Safety The ideal person will be responsible for monitoring and upholding established safety rules and procedures.

These tasks include the following:

Conduct safety meetings when needed. Act as a translator at sites where necessary to ensure team member understanding. Be able to complete safety inspections and other reports. Assist with the creation and development of Safety training. Food Safety/Technical Services Food safety is a cornerstone of Compeer Contract Cleaning Services and the Support Assistant will assist with the following tasks: Help write and develop Food Safety and cleaning procedures. In most cases, translation will be the primary responsibility. Train personnel on various Food Safety topics. Assist with the creating and development of Food Safety training. Operations The Account Manager will have some responsibility when it comes to operations. Assist operations in the recruitment of staff. This includes making phone calls to potential applicants as well as on-site management. This includes properly screening candidates and setting up interviews. Help translate for on-site Account Managers when needed. Create summaries of applicants including feedback from those interviewed. This position will have other duties that will be discussed at the time of interview. We are looking for someone who can travel when needed, sometimes with short notice as well as have a reliable method of transportation. As stated in the title, this position can have up to 100% travel depending on client and management needs.
