Augusta, GA Position Purpose:

Processing Homebuilder Finance loans and assisting lenders with other duties related to the HBF division. Responsible for the performance of, but not limited to, the below listed duties:

Essential Functions and Basic Duties:

Assist lenders when processing HBF loans related to the HBF department. Assist lenders with completing all tasks associated with loans including loan documentation and the processing of those documents. Receive and review approval documents for proper approval; verify borrower name(s) are correct; discuss request with lender if you have questions and be able to discuss the loan with LDP/Attorney with questions they may have concerning the loan Verify all required documents are completed such as adherence to Line of Credit terms, Right to Receive Copy of Appraisal, LTV365, etc. Assist lender in gathering all related collateral documents – title work sales contract, invoices, copy of driver’s license, etc. Prepare legal exhibits to attach to Deeds, Revolving Line of Credit documents and any other recorded documents that require this information Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma with previous administrative assistant experience required Homebuilder Finance experience preferred Must be detailed oriented, self-starter with exceptional customer service skills Colony Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
