This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent time management abilities, and a customer service mindset. You will be responsible for maintaining office efficiency, handling communications, and assisting with various administrative duties. Responsibilities Perform general administrative duties including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients or visitors Organize and maintain electronic files and documents using Google Suite. Coordinate office supplies and inventory management. Prepare reports and presentations as required by management. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow.
