The invoice Coordinator will evaluate invoices for accuracy, provide administrative support to contracts, perform data abstraction, data entry, and internet searches, depending on the scope of work. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and can take the initiative and prioritize daily tasks. What does your day look like ? Some of your duties may include: Verifying, entering, printing, and filing invoices. Limited telephone answering – provide information as needed, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals. Work with the warehouse to finalize shift responsibilities. Performing data abstraction, data entry, and internet research Preparing and maintaining reports related to activities and follow-ups Performing additional administrative duties as assigned. Things that are a plus but not a deal-breaker: 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or equivalent.
