As an Administrative Assistant with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
Adhere to SYNERGY HomeCare of Villa Rica’s policies and procedures.
Adhere to all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
Receive incoming calls, greet caregivers and clients when they come into the office.
Ensure that the telephone is answered in a timely manner.
Complete Telephone Prescreen for interested caregivers.
Track caregiver certifications for expirations in the Scheduling Software Database.
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Notify caregivers of expired certifications—30-day notice should be sent out. Use
“reminders” built into the scheduling software to track and monitor expirations for CPR,
First Aid, TB tests, Driver’s license(s), Car insurance, etc.
Conduct monthly Quality Calls to client(s) and record conversation in task/notes in AxisCare.
Document in AxisCare task/notes all interactions with caregivers, report to Office Manager
any status changes with caregivers, document caregiver absences and breech of company
policies, document caregiver accomplishments and reports to Office Manager.
Call clients to verify caregiver time worked, if conflict arises.
Provide appropriate information to prospective client inquiries.
Call potential applicants to complete telephone prescreen. Complete telephone
prescreens for potential caregivers that call in.
Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned by the Office Manager/Owner.
