Full Job Description Location:

Territorial Headquarters, Atlanta, GA About this opportunity: This position is responsible for performing advanced, complex, and confidential administrative work with a broad scope of responsibilities. Provide support to the CRD Operations Manager, Territorial Women’s Auxiliary & Echelon Secretary, and the CRD Secretary. Maintains the national subscriptions online portal for our Territory updating subscriptions with addresses changes and order entry, closing and aligning the orders with the monthly invoices. Ability to work with multiple databases inputting data entry, producing reports, and creating spreadsheets Key responsibilities: Maintains the national subscriptions online portal for our Territory updating subscriptions with addresses changes and order entry, closing and aligning the orders with the monthly invoices Laision between National and Divisional publication departments as it relates to the National War Cry and PEER magazine. Assist with the new volunteer database setup and planning for volunteer and emergency system including but not limited to the territorial Learning Management System and the territorial Volunteer Management database. Communicates clearly the contractual terms of all corporate partnerships. Works with divisions on logistical details; obtains and communicates contact information for local Corps to corporate partners What we are looking for in you: Two-year degree from a vocational or technical school including coursework in business writing, typing, math, and computers, and Two years of experience performing project management and administrative support work in an office environment. or Any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

License & Certifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.

Valid Driver’s License Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Able to sit at a computer for several hours a day. Ability to answer the telephone in a courteous and tactful manner. Ability to sort documents alphabetically and numerically. Ability to maintain accurate, complete, and organized records. Must be able to travel if necessary. Minor lifting (less than 15 lb.)
