Watson Street, Union City, GA 30291 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills and a proactive approach to managing daily operations. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office functionality and providing excellent support to our staff. Duties Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for team members. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Answer phone calls and manage communications effectively using phone systems. Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Utilize computer literacy skills to create reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Support financial operations by assisting with QuickBooks entries and basic bookkeeping tasks. Provide personal assistant services as required, including travel arrangements and personal scheduling. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
