Cash Applications Clerk Immediate opportunity for a Cash Applications Clerk to join a top-notch company experiencing rapid growth!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Check in drivers: Prepare daily deposits, process driver bags, deposit checks, EOD balancing Open mail/scan checks Scan delivery invoices/pickups into OnBase Complete appropriate paperwork (e.g., cash sheets, deposit summaries, audit or discrepancy reports and purchase-related documentation) Provide next steps/brief answers to driver, KAR, customer, and sales team calls/questions/web inquiries (e.g., terms, pricing, credits available) Work collaboratively with other internal team members and customers as needed to obtain required information from and share results with appropriate stakeholders This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position in Atlanta, GA. Work onsite at our office, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. REQUIRED SKILLS
1+ years of job-related experience (Accounts Receivable Specialist, Administrative Assistant, etc) Microsoft Office Detail-oriented Excellent communication skills Eager to learn High school diploma Must be authorized to work in the US. Sponsorships are not available.
