Required:

High School Diploma.
1+ years of customer service experience.
Excellent organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Attention to detail.
Data entry skills.

Responsibilities:

Daily administration of the Employee Lease Program, which includes the implementation of program guidelines, processes and procedures.
Primary objectives are to create lease documents with a high degree of accuracy and provide resolution through timely responses to customer/employee inquiries via phone, email, workbasket and direct mail.
Validate order requests and related account information.
Prepare documents with accuracy.
Review program-related inquiries.
Resolve employee concerns/issues.
Provide client affiliate coordinator support.
Assist Company Car Coordinator with manager and field vehicles as required.
Support pre-term remarketing process for employee lease accounts.
Act as liaison between the employee/customer, the dealership and internal departments.
Document employee/customer accounts/orders for action resulting from contact.
