Performs a variety of administrative, secretarial and clerical duties which directly support patient care and practice personnel in the overall operation of the practice. Assignments are characterized by a high degree of knowledge and application of hospital and practice policies, procedures and operations. Incumbent is expected to interpret and execute the duties and responsibilities of the job with only limited supervision and direction. Position is characterized by the ability to prioritize and organize multiple assignments. Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
High School diploma or equivalent. 2 years experience in a medical office setting. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. Good organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to manage time of self and others. Good Verbal and written communication skills Basic math skills
