Schedule:

Monday•Friday / 7:30am to 4:30pm ExecuSource has partnered with a Pediatrics Clinic in Sandy Springs and we are assisting them on their search for a Medical Front Office Assistant!
Serving as a crucial liaison for the practice, assisting with reception, scheduling, referrals, and maintaining patient records. Uphold high standards of patient care and confidentiality while promoting positive relations with clients and stakeholders. Day to

Day Duties:

Answer phones promptly, direct calls as necessary, and prepare patient charts for appointments.
Manage patient check-in, scheduling, referrals, and check-out processes, ensuring accurate electronic record assignment.
Utilize patient portal for updates and corrections.
Process patient referrals efficiently.
Post daily payments, collect balances, and reconcile accounts.
Generate monthly well-visit reminders.
Organize and distribute incoming faxes to appropriate recipients.
Handle timely copying and mailing of medical records upon request.
Assist colleagues and management as needed.
Maintain strict patient confidentiality.
Act as a positive representative for the practice in interactions with patients, employers, and insurance providers.

Requirements:

High school diploma required.
One year of relevant work experience preferred.
Proficiency in basic office procedures and computer skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial.
Preference for internal candidates to ensure familiarity with office protocols and staff dynamics.
Must be vaccinated.
