Holder Construction is seeking an MEP Department Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The MEP Department Coordinator supports the daily operations of the MEP team by managing administrative functions, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring efficient execution of departmental processes. This role works cross-functionally with operations, contracts, and accounting teams to support evaluations, reporting, scheduling, and event coordination.

Primary Responsibilities:

Track and compile vendor and subcontractor evaluations. Assist with contract issuances in collaboration with the contracts team. Manage department expense reports, travel arrangements, and calendar coordination. Prepare and submit SDI/CCIP/Bond Assessment packets. Perform data entry and quality checks across SharePoint and Excel systems for various reports and metrics. Coordinate business updates, team meetings, and team-building events across the region. Support trade partner sourcing, including prequalification management. Maintain and update internal tools and knowledge center resources. Facilitate onboarding and training logistics for new associates. Provide accounting and event leadership support for 7×24 Atlanta projects. Manage prefabrication qualification records and updates. Support department-wide and regional events. Create presentations and departmental org charts as needed.

Requirements for this position include:

3 plus years of administrative experience or related field Bachelor’s Degree preferred Construction Industry knowledge preferred Strong worth ethic, detail oriented, ability to communicate, professional and dependable Strong Excel, Word, email, and other relevant computer skills We are a performance-based company with an excellent career development program.
