You will liaise between executive leadership, project managers, clients, and vendors and fill a broad range of support roles. This position is an in-office position, 5 days a week.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and responsibilities Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other tools (e.g., Acrobat, DocuSign, DropBox) Basic understanding of accounting is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate status effectively Dependable and punctual with professional appearance and team-oriented attitude Creative thinkers who enjoy finding unique solutions
Key Responsibilities:
Report to the Administrative Director and work closely with executive leadership and project managers Serve as liaison with vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with Company and/or project-specific requirements Draft construction documents, such as contracts, change orders, and notices of commencement Manage the preparation and submission of permit applications, business licenses, and other regulatory documents Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including calendar management, special projects, and any other administrative duties Play a key role in organizing company-wide events and internal initiatives to promote employee engagement Support core administrative functions in the office, including communications, requisition, etc.
