We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support daily operations at our Cairo, GA facility. This role is essential to keeping our office running smoothly and ensuring accurate recordkeeping across payroll, inventory, and logistics. salary:
$13 – $14 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Perform physical inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Process and verify payroll and timekeeping records. Enter data, scan tickets, and maintain electronic and physical files. Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including carrier scheduling and freight logistics. Track raw material inventories and oversee material transfers between warehouse and production. Communicate with vendors and customers to support purchasing and shipping needs. Assist with personnel administration and general office tasks. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and transportation regulations. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or performance delays.
