Role Purpose:

The Executive Support provides high-level support to the Executive Assistant and leadership team, helping to manage HR, operations, financial workflows, and communications. This person plays a vital role in the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations while also contributing to long-term growth and special projects. The role includes serving as a front desk floater and being a point of contact for parents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive & Administrative Support Support Executive Assistant with HR, finance, and operations-related tasks Assist with projects and special initiatives Manage phone messages and route communications Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) Sort and document weekly mail and receipts 2. Communication & Stakeholder Support Contact parents for routine updates (e.g., card expirations, payment reminders) Follow up with staff on compliance and task completion Coordinate supply orders and approval workflows Share updates related to staff time off and schedules 3. Financial & Operational Coordination Track and verify ACH withdrawals and related forms Conduct monthly payment audits Review month-end paperwork for completeness and compliance Help create and send invoices; verify teacher payments 4. HR & Onboarding Assistance Support onboarding of new employees and contractors Manage initial paperwork checklist Track employee time-off and send approval confirmations 5. Program & Revenue Development Research and propose ideas to increase income (e.g., facility rentals) Assist in growing community and special needs programming 6. Front Desk & Customer Service Provide front desk coverage as needed Offer a welcoming, professional experience to visitors and callers Key Result Areas (KRAs):
