BRAIDERS

Schedule:

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays +

Rotating Saturdays Pay:

40/60

Commission Split Clientele:

Provided – Bringing your own is welcome but not required

Quarterly Bonus Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of braid styles (including knotless, feed-ins, cornrows, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized workstation Be punctual and prepared for all appointments Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor with clients Assist in creating content or photos for social media (optional but encouraged) Sanitize and prep tools and equipment after each client

ASSISTANT

(1 POSITION)

Flexible part- time (Based on team needs)

Pay:

Fixed rate (will be discussed during interview)

Greet and assist clients upon arrival Prep and clean workstations between appointments Assist braiders with hair prep (parting, blow-drying, product setup) Help with social media content (photos/videos of styles) Organize inventory and ensure supplies are stocked Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards Qualifications (Braiders & Assistant): Must be reliable and have dependable transportation Assistant/ Braiders must be licensed Positive, team-player attitude Open to working with children College students are strongly encouraged to apply Willingness to learn and grow with our team
