Position Overview:
The Resident Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager with the daily operations of two multifamily communities. This individual will serve as a key liaison between residents, office staff, and the maintenance team, ensuring smooth operations, timely communication, and a consistently high level of resident satisfaction across both properties. Key Responsibilities Leasing & Application Support Assist with reviewing and verifying lease documentation for accuracy and compliance. Support timely processing of rental applications to ensure efficient move-ins and accurate reporting. Make Ready & Maintenance Coordination Update make-ready status daily, collaborating with maintenance and leasing teams to expedite unit turns. Monitor work order progress to ensure timely resolution and communicate updates to residents as needed. Resident Experience & Relations Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and urgency. Coordinate resident communication efforts including events, notices, and satisfaction surveys. Assist in the planning and execution of community events to foster a strong sense of community. Administrative & Office Support Organize internal team meetings, create agendas, and take notes as needed. Lead resident engagement initiatives including Google Review campaigns and communication drives. Maintain organized records and assist with general administrative tasks. Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. •The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
Paid Time Off:
Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year. 11 Paid Holidays per year. Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
Tuition Reimbursement:
Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
